Self Care

A personal approach to health and wellness.

 

If you struggle with getting enough ME time, adequate sleep, eating healthy, time for exercise, and having enough energy, you are in the right place.

Every caregiver is absolutely, by nature, first and principally responsible for her own care. And as she is more fit to take care of herself, than of any other person, it's appropriate and loving to do so.

I love sharing this work with other caregivers who are struggling. You range in age from newlyweds in military life to empty nesters who have parents or children who need you. 

I'm honored to get to work with people who are serving their country or their family in any capacity, putting others first. You need some TLC to get the order switched to you first, so you'll be the best dang caregiver your loved one could ever hope for, a patient, strong and thriving caregiver.

I believe my service and experience uniquely qualify me to do this work, and I look forward to hearing your story.

Within 20 minutes of working with me you'll see a way through. You'll have hope again. The judgment, self-recrimination and blame will melt away, and you'll begin to have peace.
